Treatment
For BPPV, canalith repositioning maneuvers often stop the spinning in one to three visits. For other causes, we retrain the vestibular system and balance with a progressive exercise program.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to see an ENT before vestibular therapy?
Not necessarily. We can evaluate and treat most positional vertigo directly and will refer you on if your symptoms suggest something that needs medical workup.
