What a visit is like
Every session is one-on-one in a private treatment room. Your therapist takes a detailed history, assesses posture, breathing, core, and hip function, and — only with your consent and when appropriate — performs a pelvic floor muscle assessment. Treatment combines muscle retraining, manual therapy, and a home program. Most patients see improvement within a few weeks.
You don't have to live with it
Many people in the Pine River Valley put up with leaking or pelvic pain for years because the nearest specialist was in Durango. Call (970) 884-2423 and ask for a pelvic floor evaluation — no referral needed for most plans.
