How physical therapy reduces pain
We combine hands-on treatment to calm irritated tissue, graded exercise to rebuild tolerance, and education on pacing, posture, and movement so you understand what's driving your pain and how to control it. Patients routinely reduce or eliminate pain medication as function improves — in coordination with their physician.
No referral required
Colorado's direct-access law means you can start physical therapy for pain without waiting for a doctor's appointment. Call (970) 884-2423 and we'll get you scheduled.
