What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide so we can respond. Our site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it; this collects anonymized usage data via cookies. We also use a live chat widget (Tawk.to) that stores the conversation if you choose to chat.
Health information
Please do not submit medical information through this website. Protected health information is handled only through our clinic systems in accordance with HIPAA.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule appointments, and improve our website. We do not sell your information.
