Paula founded Pine River Physical Therapy and has practiced physical therapy for more than 30 years, including over a decade in Southwest Colorado. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts–Lowell and continues to see her patients at Bayfield PT following the 2026 merger.
